At Swannies Golf, we want you to look and feel your best on the course, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn gear. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
